BLEU CHEESE DRESSING

If I'm being completely honest, I eyeballed most of it . . . like I do with most of my cooking. If it's too thick, add some buttermilk to thin it out.

INGREDIENTS

TT = To Taste

8oz Bleu Cheese

12oz Sour Cream

1/2-3/4 Cup Buttermilk

2 Tsp Celery Salt Celery Salt

Black Pepper TT

Lemon Juice TT

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend ingredients until smooth.

Season TT (Mine needed salt & lemon juice).

Alternately, if you like it chunky, mix together with a hand mixer instead of blending.
