Baked Feta & Burrata Pasta
BAKED FETA & BURRATA PASTA
INGREDIENTS
2 Handfuls Cherry Tomatoes
3 Garlic Cloves, Smashed
1 Large Burrata Ball
1 Handful Crumbled Feta
Italian Seasoning
Granulated Garlic
Onion Powder
Fresh Oregano
Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
2 Bay Leaves
1/2 Box of Farfalle Pasta
Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 F / 204 C.
Place cherry tomatoes and smashed garlic in a baking dish. Toss in a generous amount of dried seasonings and olive oil.
Place the burrata ball in the center of the cherry tomato mixture and sprinkle feta cheese all over. Add two bay leaves and fresh oregano.
Bake on the middle rack of your oven for 30-35 minutes, or until cheese has melted and the majority of the cherry tomatoes burst.
Meanwhile, about 15 minutes before the pasta is done, get a pot of salted water on the stove—Cook pasta based on package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Remove tomato cheese mixture from the oven. Remove and discard fresh oregano and bay leaves. Using a fork, smash everything and mix it all together. Add pasta and stir until everything is well incorporated.
