Beer Cheese & Pretzels
GAME DAY FAVORITES
This recipe comes together so quickly and with little to no mess!
It’s extremely important to use high quality cheese. Pre shredded and/or bagged cheese (think Kraft) contain a higher amount of oil in order to extend their shelf life. I recommend getting your cheese from the deli area. You’ll find, in most cases, it’s actually cheaper this way too.
I’ve tried out a few pretzel recipes lately but this one was by far my favorite. Brush the pretzels with melted butter as soon as they come out of the oven.
Enjoy!
