Effortless Lobster Roll
To make things easy, Central Market sells fresh cooked lobster meat. I mixed mine with celery, the greens and whites of green onion, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper and most importantly, Dukes Mayonnaise!

Traditionally a lobster roll is served with New England or Maine hot dog buns but I couldn’t find any. I just used Central Market's freshly baked Pan Au Lait buns from their bakery. I toasted their sides in a nonstick pan with some Dukes smeared on ‘em. Once they were done, I just split them down the middle then filled ‘em up with the lobster.Use chives or red onion or dill or whatever you’re currently craving! You’re not limited to what I used but per usual, it’s what I had on hand.
