Air Fried Frites
AIR FRYER RUSSET POTATOES
INGREDIENTS
1 Russet Potato, Sliced Into Thin Batons
1 Handful of Parsley, Roughly Chopped
1 Handful Freshly Grated Parmesan
Granulated Garlic
Onion Powder
Zaatar Spice
Salt
Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
Olive Oil
Please note, these are not meant to replicate restaurant-quality pomme frites. However, they are a healthy alternative to deep-fried fries. These fries provide flavor and nutrients without all the mess of deep-frying.
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat Air Fryer to 400 F / 205 C.
Toss thinly sliced russet potatoes in a generous amount of seasonings and a drizzle of olive oil.
Spread out evenly on air fryer trays or basket.
Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket or trays halfway through.
Immediately upon removing from the air fryer, toss with parsley and parmesan.
